The Michigan Wood Carvers Association (MWCA) was established in 1993 as a state-wide affiliation of woodcarving clubs and guilds to serve persons interested in wood carving through instruction, exhibitions, demonstrations, workshops, practice, and interaction with other carvers in local clubs.
One of the goals of MWCA is to promote wood carving as a fine art in the eyes of the public and the art world. We are dedicated to serving Michigan wood carvers at all skill levels.
